A 3D rendering can also provide value to a contractor by helping to visualize all details of the installation. A 3D rendering can catch overlooked details saving time and money by making changes in the planning phase, instead of expensive changes once the project has already begun.

3D Rendering + Plan Drafting
Our plan sets can be used to acquire building permits for your projects. Our goal is to provide simple, straightforward plans that are easy to read on the jobsite. Even when permits aren’t needed our plans can help keep the crew organized at the jobsite and ensure the correct materials are ordered.
Pricing: $480
- Includes 3D Rendering Package / Detailed Building Plans
- Turnaround time within 1-2 weeks
- *Complex projects billed on a project-by-project basis

3D Rendering + Plan Drafting + Material Lists
We can simplify the process even further by providing a complete material list to go along with the plan set. The material list will include all project materials aside from basic fasteners, then the materials can be ordered from the supplier of choice.

Our Working Process
Initial Consultation
The first time we work with a new contractor, we’ll want to go over any questions
to make sure we’re on the same page. That way we know both sides have clear
expectations of what to expect.
Ordering a 3D Rendering and/or Drafting package
Using our online order form, it’s quick and easy to select the preferred package.
The order form will ask for the necessary project details and any relevant
sketches or pictures can be uploaded.
Receiving your 3D Renderings, Plan Sets, and Material Lists
We will email the finished package within the turnaround time from the date the
package order was submitted.
Final Touches
If there are any changes or questions once the finished package is received, they
can be addressed through email. We prioritize getting those changes sent back
within 1-2 days.
